Sub out cards for d10s.

All players roll two d10. If you roll 1, you can decide if it’s 1 or 11.

If you have a dealer, then all players play with their dice showing, except the dealer, who keeps one die hidden. If playing with no dealer, then everyone plays with a die hidden. If you run out of d10s, just start writing the numbers down in a place everyone can see as you continue to roll.

All other rules follow your preferred rules of black jack. I’m not going to tell you the rules of blackjack, go seek them out, this is just how to convert that to dice for D&D.
